Keira's Birthday, Part I -- Muckdog's Game

May 11, 2013 was a busy day.  Of course, we had a birthday party planned in the afternoon for our birthday girl, but first we had to cheer on our favorite Little League Team -- The Muckdogs.

Here's Elijah warming up with a few practice swings.

After those warm up swings he got a base hit.

Another highlight of the game was that Elijah played catcher.  So fun to see the little boys in all the gigantic gear.  Playing catcher was one of Elijah's best positions.  He seemed to understand the complexity of the position and his different responsibilities.
