Keira received her first Tae Kwon Do Trophy for her excellent Kihap during October's Color Belt Testing. A Kihap is a spirited yell that accompanies many Tae Kwon Do moves. The Kihap shows your spirit, energy, keeps you motivated and ensures that you continue to breathe through your exertion. Keira has an unusually loud Kihap in relation to her size. When she's on the mat, she gets a lot of smiles for her energy. Here she proudly poses with her trophy.
While she was at it, she decided that she wanted to pose with her Lego creations that she created for a Lego Club Junior Christmas contest. She created a Lego Christmas Tree and Christmas present completely on her own, She was pleasantly surprised by what she was able to create and build on her own.
